The CORDAID exit team consisted of The Country Director, Senior Managers (3), Mid-level Managers, and some Project and Administrative Support staff. With the support of the Local NGO Strengthening initiative by the Sierra Leone Government; mainly, the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, under the Leadership of Dr. Francis Kai Kai--we took the first step to realizing our dream of owning our own NGO by incorporating a legal local Non-Governmental Organization named AIDE (AFRICAN INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND EQUITY).
