We ensure strict compliance to Donor Contract Terms and Regulatory requirements. AIDE possesses all required licenses. We also have an experienced Management Team who are assessed using performance indicators which promote compliance.

AIDE utilized a balanced scorecard appraisal system focused on Financial, Project Based Working, Compliance and Internal Controls; Teamwork and Team Building; Operations, and Innovation as the key areas of focus. Performance for all staff is assessed and discussed at least once annually.

AIDE retains the services of a legal attorney to reduce risks associated with contracting, staffing, Regulations and Policy, We also triangulate with other reputable NGOs to ensure our legal risks are minimized. AIDE also offers 15-20 minutes breakfast sessions to train staff on possible legal risks
