**AIDE operates as a local NGO in every country we operate. Our strategy is to build local structures as strong as those built by International NGOs--with several Country offices. This is a core part of our sustainability strategy in countries we operate. 

The purpose of the foundation will be to design, implement, or review activities focused on; 

• Providing emergency and refugee aid; 
• Providing development aid and implementing projects to specific groups as elderly people, women, youth, disabled people and children; 
• Providing Technical Assistance to Donors, Governments, and Private Partners
• All aspects related to fighting structural poverty of subordinated groups. especially in developing countries in Sierra Leone and other similar regions.

• A nominated Finance Director with experience managing multi-million Dollar projects
• Proven  track record with a Management Team who has managed large and small projects--with no major audit exception.
• Project Coordinators who have implemented Security and Justice projects
• Project Managers who have managed projects for reputable International NGOs in the areas of Financial; Security and Justice; Health; Financial Inclusion; Resilience and Community Building; Womens Empowerment, Access, and Equity; and Private Sector and Economic Development.
